Since Graduation from the Queen's University of Belfast, Peter has been extensively involved with the sale of land and property throughout the UK and Ireland. In the past eight years he has handled over £50,000,000 worth of land/property sales and was involved with either the initial instruction or the sale finalisation of another £20,000,000. In consultancy he has been involved with cases, again, throughout the UK and Ireland and in so doing, has gained an articulate contact base in the Legal, Planning and Architectural professions.

The company, which has received accreditation from the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP), is a full member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), a full member of the Property Ombudsman (OFT) scheme and has more recently been awarded as one of the first Licensed NAEA Firms in Northern Ireland.
