- RICS Condition Report Suitable for clients who are satisfied with the purchase price being paid but want more information on the property's condition.
- RICS Homebuyer Report Suitable for clients who want comprehensive information about the property, including advice on its Market Value and insurance reinstatement valuation.
- Building Survey Suitable for clients when the property is older, run down or of an unusual construction method.
